TAKING COMPLIANCE SERIOUSLY

At DC Precision, we are fully committed to ensuring compliance with all local labour laws and regulations in every country where we operate. Our approach guarantees that all workers, whether employed or self-employed, are engaged in accordance with in-country solutions that adhere to the highest standards. From obtaining necessary local registrations to ensuring accurate tax contributions from day one, we take every step to align with local legal frameworks.

Our workers are socially insured in the country where they work and registered as Posted Workers to comply with Europe-wide regulations. Additionally, we ensure that wages, deductions, and allowances are transparent, adhering to any applicable Collective Bargaining Agreements. We also work closely with employees to help them claim any relevant tax allowances and reliefs they are entitled to, ensuring they are fully compliant with local tax laws.

At DC Precision, we take compliance seriously, maintaining all necessary registrations and certifications in each country, such as F-Tax in Sweden and KvK registration in the Netherlands.
